Thank you so very much for purchasing Bruetta products! We want all our Bruetta lovers to be 100% satisfied, but sometimes stuff happens…
If we mess up on your order, we will take care of it at zero cost to you. Just call our toll free number 866-205-0303 and ask for customer service and we will do everything we can to make it right. If you believe your package was damaged in shipping, we require that you contact us within 5 days of delivery, with a picture showing the damage, and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.
“I DON’T LIKE THIS TEA FLAVOR”
Bruetta Teas are all top quality but sometimes it just comes down to personal taste. Our favorites differ even amongst ourselves, so we’ve made it easy for you to find the flavors YOU will love. Bruetta’s 1oz pouches provide a way for you to test our teas without having to commit to the purchase of a tin or refill bag. We will exchange any tea pouch you try, even open pouches. (Sorry, but we cannot offer refunds or exchanges of opened tins or bags of tea.)
A few things to keep in mind:
- Water quality is critical to good tea. Always start with fresh water from the cold tap, and investigate a filter or water service if you suspect this could be the problem. More tips here.
- Bruetta’s Bru system makes it easy to be creative with your own flavor combinations, which can sometimes surprise you. Bruetta is an invitation to experiment!
To exchange a pouch of tea:
- Mail the pouch and the remaining tea back to us along with your order number.
- Tell us which tea you would rather try.
- We will mail that pouch to you at no additional cost to you!
WHAT ABOUT NON-TEA PRODUCTS AND UNOPENED TINS OR BAGS OF TEA?”
We will accept and refund unopened tea tins or bags and all other undamaged products fully. No explanation needed! No restocking fees!
Mail it back to us with your order number, and we will refund you promptly. (Sorry, but we cannot refund shipping costs.)
It isn’t necessary to ship in our box, but it helps us both if you protect the product well from damage, since we cannot accept damaged product. If the package itself arrives to us damaged, presumably caused by the shipping company, you will need to interface with the freight company for resolution as they will only respond to the sender.
OTHER IMPORTANT POLICY STUFF:
- In all the cases above, your return request must be made within 30 days of delivery to you.
- You may cancel an order at any time prior to shipment.
- You will receive an email confirmation of your refund for your records.
- Don’t keep your sink water running while you are brushing your teeth. It wastes water.
